DELIVERY OPTIONS:
LOCAL -
DELIVERY INFORMATION - COVID-19
- We are operating under a no contact delivery policy.
- For most residences, our delivery drivers will knock on the front door or ring the doorbell, then place flowers/gift basket by the foot of the door maintaining a safe social distance from the recipient. There will be no contact between drivers and recipients.
- For apartment buildings, we will leave flowers/gift basket with the concierge. If there is no concierge, we will contact the recipient and have them come down while we wait. The gift will then be placed on the ground in the lobby. To keep our delivery team as safe as possible, they will not enter a building and go up to any floor using the elevators or stairs.
- For work-place deliveries, we will drop off flowers/gift basket at main reception.
- We are delivering to hospitals, medical offices and clinics, but some may not accept packages at this time.
- We are delivering to nursing homes, retirement homes or similar long-term care facilities, but some may not accept packages at this time.
- We will not return to an address if recipients are away.
1. STANDARD DELIVERY - $14.99 (For Local GTA Only)
Our standard delivery fee is charged for orders that are delivered same-day if ordered before 10:30am EST.
These orders will be delivered throughout the day (usually in the afternoon).
NO TIME GUARANTEE is available for this option.
Cut off time: Mon - Fri 10:30 am.
Orders received after 10:30am EST will automatically go for delivery the following business day.
2. EXPRESS SHIPPING (optional) $27.99 *Only Available Mon - Fri (For Local GTA Only)

For Same-Day EXPRESS delivery:
This option allows for 3hr EXPRESS delivery. Orders will be delivered within 3hrs of receiving the order when ordered between 9:30am and 2:00pm EST.
Please select this option if you have any time preference for delivery.
Orders must be placed before 2:00pm for same-day express.
If you would like rush delivery after 2:00pm please call 1 800 387-9557.
For Next-Day EXPRESS delivery:
Please select this service to have your order delivered by 12:30pm EST.

Our standard delivery fee of $19.99 is charged for flower orders that are outside our local GTA delivery area.
This includes any delivery outside our local GTA area, across Ontario, Canada and USA.

We ship all our gift baskets from our location. Please select the UPS option. Prices will vary based on location.
