While we strive to replicate each design as closely as possible, seasonal and regional availability may occasionally affect our inventory. If a particular flower, plant, or container is unavailable—or doesn’t meet our high standards—we may make thoughtful substitutions of equal or greater value. Our designers will always maintain the intended style, theme, and colour palette of your arrangement.

Substitution Guidelines

Floral Arrangements: We may substitute flowers of similar value and colour to preserve the look and feel of your selected design.

Single-Flower Bouquets: For arrangements such as all-rose or orchid bouquets, we’ll aim to use the same flower type and may adjust the colour if needed.

Plants & Containers: If your selected container or plant is unavailable, we’ll replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value and similar aesthetic.
